■ Cancellations ・We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. However, if replacement stock is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead. Please also include the delivery note with the returned item. For returns or exchanges due to reasons attributable to us, such as defective items or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the return shipping cost. Refusal to Receive Delivery |
Please be sure to receive the item delivered to you, as it is the customer’s responsibility to do so. If you fail to receive the package after the carrier’s storage period has expired, we will charge you for the necessary expenses, including round-trip shipping costs, by certified mail. If the amount stated in the certified mail is not paid, we may determine the case to be malicious, file a damage report with the police, and proceed with small claims court procedures. If this claim is ignored, we may take legal action at the summary court having jurisdiction over our store location.
